Roger Fabi has served as National Vice President, Business Process Services at Maximus since September 2024. With strategic vision, Mr. Fabi and his team provide advice and service to Maximus clients across all levels of government in support of their program delivery and transformation initiatives.
He leads, supports, and enhances our existing Maximus operations while pursuing new opportunities for growth across the country.
To improve end-user engagement and augment efficiencies, Mr. Fabi works with government clients to leverage emerging technologies, industry-leading platforms, and skilled Maximus employees.
Mr. Fabi brings over 30 years of experience in the technology and consulting industries, helping governments through an evolving range of leadership roles. In national and international technology firms, Mr. Fabi has successfully helmed large initiatives that transformed public services for millions of Canadians.
