Building Connection

At Maximus, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that help foster an equitable and inclusive workplace where many perspectives and experiences are embraced. Maximus ERGs are open to everyone and build a sense of community and belonging for employees who share a common identity.

They empower members by providing each group with a collective voice to speak with the company’s decision-makers and leadership. They also exist to benefit and nurture their members’ learning and development opportunities.
