Alain Tremblay has served as National Vice President, Product since January 2024. A dedicated thought leader and team builder, Mr. Tremblay promotes service excellence by building and maintaining strong business relationships based on trust and collaboration.
Mr. Tremblay leads the ongoing growth of Medigent, the best-in-class suite of health administration, claims automation and adjudication modules. Under his guidance, the Product Division helps jurisdictions modernize their healthcare systems by integrating Medigent into their unique health environments, supported by continued innovation and end-to-end customer care.
With a reputation for building and coaching high performance teams to successful delivery and operational excellence, Mr. Tremblay brings over 15 years of leadership in the public and private IT sectors. Mr. Tremblay’s extensive private and public sector accomplishments include the implementation of a Canada-wide service desk for a national retail grocery chain of over 125,000 employees, and leadership of Service Management and Operations for the municipality of Halifax.
